v2.4.1 Release: Group address smart meter

The group addresses response now includes timestamps for each address that has a linked Sparky/Flint:
smartMeter.lastSentAt— when the smart meter last sent live P1 data. If this is empty, the device has never reported.sparky.createdAt— when that Sparky was linked to the address.flint.createdAt— when that Flint was linked to the address.
Partners can use these fields to see how long a Sparky has been in place and whether it is still sending data, without a separate device lookup. Existing fields are unchanged, and both timestamps are omitted when they are not available.
