List live consumption readings from charger

https://ampere.chargee.io/api/v2/addresses//chargers//energy/consumption

Returns charger consumption readings. Timestamps in the response use the same offset as the fromDate/toDate query parameters (e.g. Europe/Amsterdam +01:00 or +02:00).
