Get the delivery forecast for a date of a smart meter

https://ampere.chargee.io/api/v2/addresses//smart-meters//delivery-forecast

Returns delivery (consumption) forecast intervals for the smart meter on the given local date in Europe/Amsterdam. All timestamps in the response use the Europe/Amsterdam offset (+01:00 or +02:00).
